When booking a Theme, Birthday or Event session please understand the prepping time along with making sure all items requesting for the shoot is available. We ask that theme shoot are booked a week in advance. Also theme, birthday and events shoot are nonrefundable since it requires ordering and a prepping time. If something was to come up and you are not able to keep appointment we can cancel and allow your session to be transferable to another date.
If you are booking a newborn session I recommend booking in your 3rd trimester. If your baby was to arrive early or later accommodations can be arrange for the baby arrival. Special Newborn Themes required additional prepping with props so there will be no refund for sessions. These sessions funds can be transfer to another date and time.

We value our time and the process it takes to edit all images. When choosing images we try our best to send the BEST ones. If you are not completely satified with your images please DO NOT download your gallery. Once gallery is downloaded you will have to pay for any other images requesting for editing. Galleries are completed on first serve basis. So it can take 7-14 business days from the time of session. If it is a holiday season process time can varies 3-20 days.I recommend booking your session 2 weeks before your event date. This will gaurantee your image are back in time. My editing process can take me up to 14 business days so booking well in advance from baby showers, birthdays etc is important. We will reach out to you 5-7 days before your session to discuss details about your session.
Reminder: If you are not satify with your images then DON'T download.....Once you have download your images using your pin and screenshoot them then its confirm that you Love them and I will no longer fix.
