My newborn’s skin is blotchy or flaky, should I wait longer before having the photo shoot?

Will you come to my home for the newborn photo session?
There is no need to wait! Most newborns experience some sort of skin change – whether it is newborn acne, dry patches, temporary blotchiness/flakiness, blemishes, or jaundice. I am professionally trained and skilled in retouching photos, removing any of the above issues to ensure your newborn has nice even skin tones.
It is ideal to photograph newborns between 4-14 days old. Even though it may seem soon to bring them in for a photo session, babies are sleeping 18 hours a day and remain in that wonderful “curl” from the womb. As babies grow, they begin to push their limbs out more and are awake for longer periods of time. If your baby is older than 14 days, don’t feel you have missed the opportunity. The session will likely take a little bit longer, but I am still able to get amazing photographs.
Don’t worry – this is completely normal and expected! I am a mother of 7 and have been through it all. I want you to just sit back, relax and let me handle everything.
Parents are excited and want to see the images as soon as possible. While your baby is taking a feeding break during your session is the perfect time to discuss and schedule a convenient review appointment time one (2) week after your session. I will always send you a proofing gallery 24-72 hrs after your session to see all unedited image. Once receive you will be able to select your most favorite. Once your gallery is selected we will begin the editing process. Your package comes with edited images but you will have the option to purchase more.
Absolutely! We have a full mobile studio to make your newborn session complete. Please understand most of our equipment are large and heavy so please try to have session in studio. If we have to come to house there is a a fee of $200 additional added to package. How much space down need? We at least 200 sq of space to work in with no clutter because we bring tables, light, props etc.
